# URL setup

 * When setup is ok, we have basically something like that :
 * [http://www.yourdomain.com/knowledge-base/](http://www.yourdomain.com/knowledge-base/)
 * and for an article : [http://www.yourdomain.com/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-slug/section-slug/article-slug/](http://www.yourdomain.com/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-slug/section-slug/article-slug/)
 * But my wordpress install will be use only as a wiki.
 * So do you think it’s possible to remove #knowledge-base# from the url to get 
   something like [http://www.yourdomain.com/section-slug/article-slug/](http://www.yourdomain.com/section-slug/article-slug/)?

 * BasePress plugin adds a custom post type so it is not possible to remove the 
   post type slug.
 * But you can set the main knowledge base page as a home page so even though the
   inner pages will have that slug, the main page of the knowledge base will be 
   accessible directly from your homepage.

 * But at the end I will still have [http://www.yourdomain.com/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-slug/section-slug/article-slug/](http://www.yourdomain.com/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-slug/section-slug/article-slug/)
   for article right ? No way to remove from path “/knowledge-base/” ?
