URL Trouble

I just tried to Update the URL (from) from the Settings page in the dashboard, and now I am totally locked out. I can’t sign in.
I have tried both
http://newdigitaladvertising,com/coramcarwash/wp-admin
and
http://coramcarwash.com/wp-admin
Neither lets me into the Dashboard. Help!!
