 * Absolutely. Once installed, it uses a shortcode that can be used to display a
   meter anywhere you want. All the usage instructions are on the Ultimeter settings
   page.
 * Is that what you meant, as I’ve detailed that in the plugin description, but 
   I might be confusing your point?
