 * Hello, i was hoping you could assist.
    I’ve just come across your plugin, which
   I recognise requires Gravity Forms. Before I purchase GF, I’d like to know if
   this product is right for me.
 * I need my website to allow for forced downloads of PDFs, which I’d like to create.
   The download action needs to be linked with GamiPress, which I believe can be
   integrated with GF.
 * I need to create a pdf template once, and then have ACF or Pods custom field
   data pull through when creating a new PDF product. This is all done by admin,
   not a user.
 * When the user/customer clicks on the download link, the particular pdf is forced
   to download to their device – and they are not able to edit it at any point (
   before download or after download). Essentially, they will act like “products”,
   except do not cost (instead it expends a point from GamiPress).
 * Additionally, can these pdfs be stored in a GFpdf .php library, and I provide
   a link button on a webpage for the user to click to auto download to their device?
   And finally, does GFpdf create a “download pdf history” log, like a shortcode
   that I can place on the user’s account page to reaccess pdf products they’ve
   downloaded? Or does the function end at just creating pdfs, and i’ll need to
   add their urls to Easy Digital Downloads ecommerce as products to do this, but
   the pdf itself is stored in the .php library to pull from?
 * I hope all of this makes sense and sorry for the mass of Qs!
 * Thank you so very much in advance for anyone who can assist.
 * Have a lovely day.
 * Kay

 * Hi Kay,
 * Thanks for for getting in touch.
 * If you are allowing a user to download a PDF they will be able to edit the document
   if they really want. [While there are basic security tools available to prevent certain actions by the user](https://docs.gravitypdf.com/v6/users/setup-pdf#privileges),
   they are easily circumvented due to how they are implemented in the PDF specification.
   What you’re really looking for is a DRM solution, which is well outside of Gravity
   PDF’s capabilities.
 * So I can better understand the workflow, your admin will first generate the product
   PDF. What happens next?
