- I checked the value you are referring to and I think the meta key you are using is incorrect. It should be:
return $product->get_meta(‘_alg_ean’);
Please try and let me know if that helped you resolve this issue.
- This issue we have seen more often and can be caused by some different causes. Please check this item in our documentation for the details on it and see if any of the 3 options helps you resolve it.

1) I have changed the value but without success.
2) I have asked my host if https://products.izettle.com/ & https://oauth.zettle.com/ are being blocked. They are.
They advised me to whitelist the IP’s. Can you tell me which IP’s I should whitelist?

The barcode is added to Zettle now when a product had an update in woocommerce. The only problem now is Zettle is not syncing to Woocommerce because Zettle is blocked by the server.

Good to hear you are making progress on this.
Since we deploy all our services on AWS with dynamic IP allocation, we really cannot give you specific IP addresses, the best we can do is to give you the whole IP ranges which wouldn’t do much good from a security perspective, unfortunately.
2 URLs that are being called by the Zettle API:
https://products.izettle.com/
https://oauth.zettle.com/
It seems to be the only viable option to use for this purpose, and I have seen other merchants get this done by their hosting partners.
The barcodes will indeed only get updated when the product gets updated. I would also expect this to occur when you change the status of the products in bulk to “draft” and then change it back to “published”. This way, you won’t have to manually press update on every product page.
