Use Case Question

Hi there, I am just learning about your plugin so i wanted to present a use case to see if this could meet my needs. I manage a tennis group and I would like to have individuals sign up for a specific day, a couple of things i need:

1. If there are any constraints such as “Can’t play at 10:30” I would like to have them add that as a note.
2. I want their user info presented from log in info so they don’t have to enter it.
3. A yes / no field for indicating they can play or not. No would be default.
4. Once I have all the sign ups I would like to be able to assign teams and specifc times. Say 20 people sign up there would be 5 teams each team would be assigned to a court and a time. The actual assignment would all be manual.
5. the players could then log in to see their assigned courts.
6. An email reminder would be sent with their assigned court and time.

It looks like the plugin has most but not all support for what is required.
Any advice would be appreciated.
