‘Use feed item date’ option doesn’t work

    Hi seonghobae,

    Please create a ticket in our support system and attach the Debug File from the plugin.

    You can find it and download from your WordPress admin, WPeMatico, Settings, System Status tab ->Debug Info

    If you can include the campaigns logs by checking the checkbox field before download the debug file.

    I can’t replicate that again in InnoDB setup. However, I can replicate that in RocksDB engine.

    Hi @seonghobae,

    I don’t know what you mean by the database engines. This option is directly related to the feed you are using, if it has the date of the item in its tags, WPeMatico will try to get it from there, if not, it will assign the current date and time at the moment of publishing.
    It has some conditions. Take a look at the help inside that screen to learn more about how it works.
