# use get_permalink function

 * hi,
    I am manually making a page in wordpress. there I need to get the permalink
   for a post. I am not using global $post variable. I have the $post->ID data. 
   How to achieve the permalink?
 *  I tried using get_permalink($post->ID), its not working. What else I can do?
