* Is it possible to insert HTML code for Contact Form 7 instead of the shortcode?
I’m using OptinMonster to capture leads and its not displaying shortcodes.

* You can use HTML code instead of [form-tags](http://contactform7.com/tag-syntax/).
I don’t know if it helps to fix the OptinMonster issue, though.
