 * Hi !
    For my client I am trying to optimize to the maximum the back-office. To
   do it I would like to be able to fill the values of the network url with a shortcode(
   with a value coming from a custom-field). Is it possible ? For now, when I am
   trying to do so it shows an icon but do not use the shortcode value.
 * Thanks for your time,
    Cypoun
 * PS: I am all up to date (wordpress and WPZoom Social Icon) and I work in local.

 * [@cypoun](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cypoun/) Unfortunately, our plugin
   doesn’t include a shortcode, so you can’t display the icons using a shortcode
   and be able to set different parameters.
 * There is a plugin called Widget Shortcode which does something similar, but you
   will still have to add our widget in a sidebar and configure it there:

 * Thanks for the answer,
 * I am not sure you understood my question.
    I would like to set a shortcode instead
   of an url in your plugin. So in each page where there is the plugin my customer
   can enter an url in the Custom Field; I already worked on my site so I can use
   a specified shortcode to get the value from an specified Custom Field.
 * For instance in my page, below the editor, there is a Custom Field nammed “Twitter
   url”. The value of this field can be shown by writing [twitter] in my editor.
   So I would like to set up your plugin with the twitter url: [twitter].
 * Is that possible ?
 * Sorry for asking again but I’m pretty sure it is possible (from a way or an other)
   but I wasn’t sure if my question was clear.
 * Thanks again for your time and your super plugin !

 * [@cypoun](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cypoun/) Now I understand what
   you mean. However, that’s not possible in the current version of the plugin.
 * Can you give us please an example of how this could help with what you’re trying
   to do? How is the value of a shortcode different than entering manually an URL?
