• I tend to use the ‘White Label CMS’ plugin along with ‘User role editor’
Generally I tend to give a site editor access to edit the site menu from the appearance menu. I open the ‘edit theme option’ in ‘user role editor’ and disable everything else but the site menu, using the White Label CMS show/hide menus.

    However this no longer works!

A user with the ‘edit theme option’ can see the Dashboard Panel ‘How to do things’ which has links to the customiser – when they click on it, they can access and edit any of the setting in the customiser.

Any suggestion on how to resolve it would be much appreciated
