# User Approve Setup

 * I been using the userapprove for a while and it seems to have been working fine.
   Just developing a new website and during testing realised that user can register,
   are automatically logged in and can proceed to use the site / place an order 
   as normal – even though it says their account is pending.
 * Is it me or could this be a conflict ?

 * Have you tried disabling all plugins to verify that it is not a conflict? What
   you describe is not how the plugin handles user registration unless a plugin 
   or the active theme is changing that process somehow.

 * I will create a staging site and check by disabling the plugins. I’m sure it 
   worked perfectly previously. I can private message you a site so you can try 
   a test registration.

 * Josh, i have email a few times now and still no reply. Are you happy to try and
   resolve this for us ? I have emailed and only way now is to post back on here
