# User authorization

 * Once an approved user is logged into the page and they attempt to access the 
   information that their subscription allows them to see, they are getting the 
   following message: “You are unauthorized to view this page”
 * I can’t figure out why they are receiving that information. Their subscription
   level is correct, they are approved to access the info, but keep getting the 
   above message.
