“User authorization failed”

Dear Masteriyo Support Team,
I kindly ask for your assistance regarding a technical issue we are experiencing with the Masteriyo plugin.
We have created a free and registration-free course (Pricing: Free – Does not need registration) on our WordPress website. One of the lessons includes a YouTube video, added via the “Video Source: YouTube” field (not embedded manually).
The issue is that for non-logged-in users, including private/incognito browsing, the video area shows a red error message:
User authorization failed. Please log in and try again.

The YouTube video itself is set to Public, plays fine on YouTube directly, and there are no caching plugins active on the website.
I would like to ask for help where to look for the error, we do not use a cache extension, and this inscription only appeared recently, or we did not notice it until now, but we have been using the extension for about 2 years.
