 * I am in need of a plugin which lets me edit the role capabilities [even for the
   built-in Administrator level users]? Is there any available? have been looking
   for quite some time now.
 * I need it for standard WP installation [NOT MS] but want to super impose a particular
   user like a Super Admin in an MS Installation.
