# User Cache Issue

 * Hi There,
 * We are having some issues with the User Cache feature of UM.
    We have enabled
   stop caching user’s profile data under _Settings -> Advanced – Stop caching user’s
   profile data_.
 * We don’t want to have user’s data being cached as this gives conflicts when users
   changed their passwords. New passwords are not recognized.
 * Please advice if we need to change any setting.

   so I can solve this issue.

 * We never cache the password. When you changed the password in the Account page,
   do you logout and login to see if the new password works?
