A user can comment on a listing by adding a review. We have a review field in the Single Listing Layout. To make it visible on your single listing page you have to make that field available in the Single listing layout.
Please navigate to Directory Listings> Directory Builder> Single Listing Layout> Content
And drag the Review field and drop it in any of the sections.

If I use the review, the user has to rate the listing. Is there a way to disable the rating? Because I am not really interested in having a rating for my listings. I would just like to let the users have the possibility to discuss upon a listing, leaving comments and things like that. I guess if I could disable the rating and the user could add multiple reviews then it would work as a comment area for me. Please let me know what the possibilities are upon that.

Thanks for getting back to us and at the same time sorry for the late response.
Actually, right now there is no option by which you can disable rating. Because we are using is Worpress default review system. As a result, we are unable to change this right now. However, if you really need this for your site then, kindly connect us through our support channel from our site. Then we will be able to track your issue and assist you accordingly. We will try our best to provide you a solution regarding this through custom modification on your site if possible.
