 * I have enabled shortcodes in comments on my site but how would users know how
   to insert a short code in comments? Also isn’t there an easy way like a button
   which would allow users to add their ratings?
    Also i use Google+ commenting 
   system, so how would this feature work with that?

 * For now users just have to know how to use this plugin for comments. That is 
   because the plugin never was intended to give users this opportunity.
 * There will be an update which includes buttons for the wysiwyg editor to include
   USR short codes.
 * And to answer your last question I have to know how the commenting system works.
   Are the comments saved by google and just shown inside your blog via another 
   plugin? If so the plugin has to support short codes and the brackets “[ ]” may
   not be sanitized/encoded.
