# User Defined Sorting

 * I have seen lots of posts and plugins about being able to sort your posts/search
   results one way or another (i.e. alphabetical, most recent, etc.)… but I can’t
   seem to find a solution where the user of my site can choose how they want to
   sort the posts (i.e. The category results for Cats could be sorted by most recent,
   most popular, etc.)
 * Two examples of the sorting capabilities I am looking for can be seen at these
   websites:

 * I have searched plugins and the forums and docs for hours and can’t find a solution.
   Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
