# User E-mail Registration

 * I am wanting to create a site where users can sign up for events periodically.
   Each event has a set limit of volunteers so I would like to send each user an
   email with a link to “Confirm” their availability. When this link is clicked 
   I would like WordPress to send a reminder email before the event with a link 
   that allows the volunteer to “Cancel” if needed.
 * Can anyone tell me if wordpress is capable of this. If so, can you provide leads
   for me to follow up on so I can start working on this project?
