User fields shortcode?

I am trying to create a custom “My Account” page and would like to be able to control how and what appears on that page. Are there any shortcodes for user fields such as [pmpro_fname] to pull first name and similar fields? I was spoiled by s2member when I was playing around with it but the PMPro package is much easier to work with and has some good reporting so I made the switch. Setting up the “My Account” page is really the only thing I have left to do and I am trying to avoid paying a developer to code a page or two..
