 * Thank you. Can the use be limited to one or more listings? Can they be charged
   a fee? Can I set a listing to expire at a certain time?
 * I’m using Essential Real Estate now and it does all those things, the only problem
   is it’s difficult for yours to navigate ERE’s listing process.
