 * when i want to send an sms from the wp user list (send to : WP user), it tells
   me no phone number available (0 Users have mobile number)

    Yes, in settings/features the checkbox “Add Mobile number
   field” is check

   of not
 *     ```
       SELECT * FROMwp_usermetaWHEREmeta_keyLIKE 'mobile'

   again.
