 * What happens when a user losses thier device and can no longer provide the passcode
   to enter their account. How can they enter their account again?

 * If there’s another site administrator, that administrator can assist them. Or
   otherwise, there is information in the FAQs on how to disable a plugin.

 * If I am admin and a user loses their mobile device for example, I ethier need
   to have the premium version of the pliugin or use the plugin that allows to switch
   users, when using the free version, is that correct?

 * Yes: an admin can use one of the free user-switching plugins to switch to that
   user and deactivate TFA, or you can use the Premium version to access the facility
   in there without user-switching.
