How can a user go directly to his anspress profile ?
by clicking on user avatar. or you can us this code in your template:

A user profile widget will be available in upcoming version.

Disable users directory from AnsPress option.
I have added a menu item to AnsPress, which will show users menu with a dropdown.
Downoad our latest master zip from Github: https://github.com/anspress/anspress/archive/master.zip
Simply go to wp-admin menu editor and add “user profile” from AnsPress pages.
