# User profule update

 * I’ve come back to a site I’d installed Gutenberg block on but not been using.
   
   When I open a new page or post it presents as classic, despite there being no
   classic block installed and the block toolbars to the left and top showing up.
   There’s no option to change it, and when I go to type in the space, because I
   can’t add a block or line, all it does is produce code.Digging around for the
   culprit I saw that User Profile has the Visual Editor deselected, and as I used
   to do html that makes sense.But when I deselect the checkbox and save the user
   profile page, it shows a new page with No Page Found Error 404. And no update
   has taken.

 * This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate 
   all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme. If the problem
   goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
 * If you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins
   and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in **without affecting
   normal visitors to your site**.
