    HI @spottykay,

    Each time I test this form it says “Username can not be empty”.

    The above error in general would occur if you don’t have any Meta Keys assigned to “Username” field under User Meta Mapping as shown in your screenshot.

    In general it should have worked fine. Possible to share the form export so that we could give a closer look?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    I plan to concatenate both the firstname and lastname characters together and make it the username upon form registration.

    I’m afraid, at the moment, such a feature isn’t supported out of the box. We do have plans to improve this workflow down the road, and I’ll make sure the feedback is passed to our team’s attention.

    It’ll require custom coding to achieve the above workflow at the moment, and providing custom code will be outside the scope of support. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you. WordPress provides a jobs directory here https://jobs.wordpress.net/
