 * I’m having trouble understanding what is possible for the the User Registration
   process.
    -Relevant Network Setup Details: —Size: 500+ Individual Sites —Current
   WP 3.3.2 Multisite. (started on 2.7, upgrade to 3.1, upgrade to 3.3.2) —User
   Registration is disabled network wide and always has been. —Domain Mapping Plugin
   used to map network subdomains to regular domain
 * Currently the New User Registration process Redirects them to the WP Network
   Primary network domain instead of keeping you on [http://www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com)
   to enter your details. The individual sites are for separate business, so redirecting
   back to our network domain doesnt really make much sense or flow very well.
 * Is it possible to configure /wp-signup.php to be network wide on each local site
   and not redirect back to the primary network domain?
 * *I’ve got Spam on my mind as well, need to plan for that too.
 * I’ve seen and tested quite a few plugins but havent really found any I liked.
   Has anyone ever done this? Is it possible? Or does this go against the anatomy
   of the WP User Registration process all together? (I want to keep future versions
   of WP in mind as well)
 * Thanks
    Alex

 * Kind of.
 * To quote my ebook:
    While not the best solution, you could take the code in wp-
   signup.php and convert it to a page template in your theme. Then instead of sending
   users to wpsignup.php, you redirect them (via .htaccess) to your custom pages.
   This would require you to ensure all your users have this custom page, or you
   can redirect them all to the main site.
