I visited the site’s from here and it seems the site is a production one, not the staging one. A few tests are mandatory and need to troubleshoot the issue from our end. As it could be conflicting and we need to check things accordingly.

However, if an error is saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and that is coming from the default WordPress itself.

It could have been fixed by following a few common WordPress solutions. Here are a few useful links for your reference:
