    Is it possible to set the notifications by user role and not just when a user has been added? I would like to send different emails to different user roles when added.

    You can use the Conditional Notifications add-on to send new user notifications to specific user roles.

    Hi Jack! I just want to make sure before purchasing the add on. We have a job web site and I want to send an automatic email to candidates when the sign up. Then I want to have a separate email for employers when they sign up. Also, I need to send emails for pending job submission – to that particular employer – not all employer user roles. Does this make sense? Is this possible with the add on?

    Hi @txdarby,

    Not entirely. You can send new post notifications to users but this isn’t limited by user role or individual user at the moment.
    All on my roadmap though for inclusion in a future version of the add-on.
