# user roles problem

 * I cannot add a new user because the roles drop down is empty. Also, a user on
   all 3 blogs on the site at an administrative role can only log in to the primary
   domain and not the network site.
 * There error trying to log in is: You do not have sufficient permissions to access
   this page.
 * One the first problem the roles drop down button is empty in every location on
   which we add users.
 * How can I fix this?

 * Is this on ALL sites on your network? Even the network admin back end?
 * Did you change the wp_ prefix of your site perhaps?
