 * What happen to previous users select lists? I only used this plugin for that.
   It’s very tedious to select users one at a time.

 * Can you share more details on what you are seeing or not seeing? The recipient
   selection has changed to use a more modern solution which does a much better 
   job of handling long list of users. It also supports searching so you can find
   users much easier.

 * I often send emails to users whose username begins with the letter “A” or “B”,
   or “C”… In previous version I click on first “A” user and then Ctrl+Mayus+click
   on the last “A” user. Now I can’t do that.

 * The multiple user select option (ctrl) is no longer available. The plugin now
   limits me to selecting one user at a time.

 * I have added an option in 4.8.1 which allows you to turn off the new recipient
   select model and revert it back to standard select boxes where the shift click
   will work.
 * On the settings page (Dashboard > Settings > Email Users) make sure “Enhanced
   Recipient Selection” is unchecked to have the plugin revert to the pre-4.8.0 
   functionality.
