User Specific content

Hello Forum,

I am a WP newbie. I have installed a IIS WordPress multisite intranet which runs out of a MS 2008 server in my office. I have created user logins. All of the above has come out well. Here is what I wish to accomplish:

I want to be able to post specific contents for each user. So when they login they are looking information that is only relevant to them.

Is there a way to do this, please help.
