You should be able to give users access to certain courses through our permission system. You can find the user administration under CLUEVO -> Users, from here you can create new users, assign them to groups and manage permissions. Progress is determined from the data a scorm module provides, if your module provides the scorm variables for progress or scores we use that to determine a users progress. We check the code label on this plugin we found an issue, I think user module is work using API. here trigger rest API from WP JSON folder when the user adds or list, we add a user using network tool bar then it shows this folder is not found. If so, the issue is with your permalink settings. We use the wordpress json api to handle some backend stuff, so if your json api is not available the user creation won’t work. For everything to work the permalinks have to be set to „Post name“, you can change this setting under settings -> permalinks. We already have set clean permalink which is based on post title. On my side, I create a curriculum composed of 3 modules, each module contained several chapter with scorm activitees developped in Adobe Captivate ! The curriculum progression is lock : module 1 need to be pass before learner goes to the second etc… * I’ve 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to add other type of file as pptx., pdf or video? 2) Is it possible to custom the picture presentation of the course, module or chapter? We also have an extension that allows to add embeded videos from youtube, vimeo, etc. We should have this available in the next couple of days. Specifically for pptx, we have an extension in development that allows the use of google documents like docs (word files), sheets (excel) and slides( powerpoint). This isn’t ready for primetime yet though, but should be available within the next couple of weeks. * As for changing the picture: From the learning management page you can open the corresponding posts of the courses/chapters/etc. via the button with the WordPress icon. I take the point concerning the type of document, that’s fine. For pptx, I think to prepare some link to attached this file into my scorm file, for example at the end of the course, the learner will have the possibility to download the document in pptx or pdf.. In the same time I will search the extension to add embeded media. Do you know if H5P or Genially presentation will be supported? Normaly it should be. 🙂 And thank you for the instruction to change the post’s thumbnail. Pleasure to talk to you.
