   but I can’t synchronize users between wp and moodle and I can’t find “‘Users‘
   tab in the admin menu”

 * The Edwiser bridge plugin is compatible with PHP versions 5.3+ only. You may 
   be facing this issue if you a PHP version older than 5.3.

 * Can you tell me which users tab is missing from your site? The one visible on
   the main Dashboard page or the one which is inside Edwiser Bridge > Settings 
   > Synchronization page?
 * If the users tab inside Edwiser Bridge plugin is missing, then can you please
   try to reinstall the plugin? Delete the Edwiser Bridge from your plugins directory
   and download a fresh copy from [http://www.edwiser.org](http://edwiser.org).
