# User sync doesn’t sync users

 * Hello, i’m using 
   – MC4WP 4.9.1– MC4WP: Mailchimp User Sync 1.8.1– WP 6.1.1**
   My problem : **Whenever a user profile is updated, I can see it’s added as a 
   new background job, but it seems the queue is never processed unless i click 
   the “process jobs” button (and then the queue is processed flawlessly)=> sync
   can only be started manually, but it never starts automatically, and background
   jobs just add up.Can you help me with this please ?Thanks,Baptiste

 * The UserSync addon was abandoned a long time ago and is no longer supported. 
   
   We’ve done a complete rebuild of the UserSync functionality in our Premium add-
   on. Anyway, it sounds like an issue with your WordPress cron. You can install
   a plugin like AdvancedCron manager to see if the Usersync cron is there, save
   the usersync settings to recreate the cron if it’s not there and also see if 
   anything else might be blocking the queue. Hope that helps.
