# user sync doesn’t works

 * hi, I need help. the mailchimp plugin does not seem to work, I try to synchronize
   users automatically and manually, but the selected list does not get fatter with
   new users, what could be happening?

 * Did you turn on double opt-in? If so, subscribers will only show up after they
   confirmed their opt-in via the link in the email.
 * Also list totals might be slow to update sometimes, it’s best to actually search
   for a contact that should have been added in the list.
