If you could, please let me know which plug-in created the dealer role that you’re trying to sync. We are going to investigate that plug-in see if we can find a solution. We think that because it allows users to be in multiple roles we are only syncing one of their roles. Just a theory at this point. If you can remove the plug-in, I think synchronization will work.
