No there isn’t. This question comes up periodically – To send personalized email each person would have to be sent a unique copy of the email. Email Users tries to minimize the number of messages sent through the server so will put all of the recipients (or break it into chunks based on BCC limit) into the BCC field. A lot of servers limit the number of outgoing messages so sending one per user can quickly overrun those limits.
You can set the BCC limit to 1 and have the address appear in the TO field but that is about as personal as it gets.
Some users have used Email Users in conjunction with MailChimp to get slightly more personal but I don’t have any personal experience with it.
