 * I would like a page similar to that on chegg where people can submit news with
   an image attached, and it will be posted on a page where other users can see 
   it, and comment on it. Is it possible with your plugin?

 * You using Types you can create Custom Post Type,Taxonomies and Fields. But only
   WordPress Dashboard(Back end) users can add content and you can display it in
