 * There is no mention of user uploads? Where do the files come from? Where are 
   they stored? How do users get the files uploaded?

   on uploading files.

 * As discussed in the tutorials, yes. Ftp or another plugin. User uploads will 
   eventually be a feature of File Away but it’s a big project and I can’t undertake
   it right now.
