 * It isn’t any good to me if the user can not upload their own photos; give it 
   a title and description. Let me know when it has that capability, please?

 * It has this already for years. On the back-end, configurable in Table VII-A of
   the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page, in the front-end, use the widget WPPA
   + Upload.
    Make sure there are albums the user has upload rights to. For more
   information read [http://wppa.opajaap.nl/members/](http://wppa.opajaap.nl/members/)
   and study and configure the settings in Table II-H.
 * Register yourself on [http://wppa.opajaap.nl/](http://wppa.opajaap.nl/) and upload
   photos at the front-end.

 * Can users also add a custom link to their photo so viewers can click and be taken
   to external links (like the websites of the users)?
