# User Verification Addon – customizing admin email

 * Hello! I’ve been on the Doc and Support site to see if I could find this myself
   and am not finding the solution. We currently have approvals set to Manual and
   would like to be able to add an Organization field in the New User Registration
   email generated for approval when someone new registers. Currently it only shows
   Username and Email. Would you be able to point me to where to do that? Appreciate
   it!!

 * Please take note that adding custom fields would require our addon – [Custom Fields](https://wpusermanager.com/addons/custom-fields)
   
   From there, you will be able to add unlimited custom fields and groups.

 * Thank you! I took a look at this plugin and I wanted to make sure I was clear
   which email I am hoping to edit. I see that this plugin is great for allowing
   us to store additional data on the user, but we want to edit the automatic email
   below sent to the administrator when a new user registers:

 * E-mail: [user@emailadress.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/user-verification-addon-customizing-admin-email/user@emailadress.com?output_format=md)
 * We want to add Organization to this email, which is already a field we have in
   the form for people to fill out when registering, but does not show up in this
   generated email. Will the Custom Fields plugin allow us to have that field show
   in this email? I want to be sure before recommending to the client that they 
   purchase the addon. Appreciate your help!
