# User Verification addon doesn’t work

 * Hi there,
 * I just bought your User Verification addon yesterday. To my regret it doesn’t
   work on my site.
 * When I choose either ‘Email verification’ or ‘Manual approval’ and then click
   on Save Changes, it seems to save my choice (I see the saving animation).
    After
   that I click on another settings tab, and then return to the User Verification
   tab… my selection is gone. Both are empty again.
 * I tried making a user account anyhow… but no ‘User Verification’…
 * Please help,
