# Usermeta causing Internal error

 * Im having internal error when I click Listing. I tried to isolate the issue by
   completely having a clean wordpress install and business directory install. When
   I uploaded userneta to the database, it causes internal error. Is there a way
   to fix this without losing users? Can I delete usermeta data?

    – What version of BD? – 
   What version of WP? – What is the specific error you are getting? Can you post
   it here? – How are you reproducing this error, precisely? The more detail, the

 * I had transferred the website from Hosting to Virtual server manually..
 * I have the latest version of BD Version 3.6.9.1 and WP 4.3.1
 * Whenever I click Listing Menu from dashboard /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpbdp_listing.
   I got an error of
 * > Internal Server Error
   > The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
   > to complete your request.
   > Please contact the server administrator, email and inform them of the time 
   > the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the
   > error.
   > More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 * Also if I click Directory wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpbdp_listing I have the
   same Internal Server Error.
 * I checked .htaccess and even delete it.
 * I will need a guide on how to Import users and listings into a new fresh site.
