Thanks for reaching out!
The sender’s name (the “origin” name) can be changed in the first step when creating a label.
Once that is verified, it will be used for all new orders to be fulfilled.

I am also wanting to change the Origin name.
Is there a way to change it for all orders?
I changed it in the Origin Box on one order, but with each new order, it defaults to the previous name. Where does it pull the Origin Name from?
