Sorry, we forgot ever register on your website. However, please note, the problem is this is intended for general discussion and does not allow discussions about website login by WordPress moderators.
I think the page is restricted by a paid membership plugin or something. You may disable it temporarily so the page can be accessed.

I switched off the paid membership plugin but didnt help 🥲 the members area blocked
when I switched off youzify plugin I can see the names

We would love to help but it’s hard for us to check this particular issue without accessing your website. However, you can do these to identify the issue:
- Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
- Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
- If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
- Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
