# Username problem

 * Hi,
 * When I want use instagram username for gallery i got:
 * Admin Notice: unable to get results. possible reasons:
 * Instagram account may be private or inavalid username/tagname.
    network or server
   side issue. Invalid response from Instagram.
 * Tagname work fine, but username give me this error. I try different instagram
   username “instagram”, “dribbbble”, “my instagram” all time that some error.
 * WP 4.9.9
 * Any idea?

 * I reinstal WP and instal only Instagram Gallery and all time have that error 
   if use username, when i use tag all is good.
 * Could this be the fault of hosting? In otner hosting and page all is good. Have
   you ever met with such a case?

 * Hi I send link on you mail adres bu**is**t@gmail.com (actualy i cant publish 
   link).
 * On page I copy two short code, one to user and next to tag. Tag gallery work 
   fine, user gallery give false. Any idea?

 * Instagram page request getting 429 (too many requests) error every time on your
   server.
    it may be due to any type of security setting on your server, or code
   issue in your theme/plugin files OR may be Instagram have blacklisted your domain.
