Users cannot complete registration

    Users currently cannot complete registration in my website. When user filled all the forms and clicked register, the page just got reloaded without any warning/notification.

    I have tried the conflict test, remove cache, and change browser with no result. Please help.

    I checked and all works well. Please try to register from the incognito mode.
