# Users cannot complete registration

 * Users currently cannot complete registration in my website. When user filled 
   all the forms and clicked register, the page just got reloaded without any warning/
   notification.
   I have tried the conflict test, remove cache, and change browser
   with no result. Please help.Thank you.
